Our Team
Servant Heart Care Consulting is led by Marie Wester, MSN, RN, CDP—an active-duty veteran with over 15 years of experience across the healthcare continuum, including hospitals, skilled nursing, assisted living, memory care, and home-based care environments.
Marie’s background extends well beyond clinical nursing. She brings deep operational knowledge of how care systems function, how decisions are made, and how to effectively navigate complex environments on behalf of families. Known as a strong, steady advocate, Marie works directly with families to coordinate care, communicate with providers, and ensure concerns are addressed and followed through—so nothing falls through the cracks.
To support timely communication and coordination, Marie is assisted by a small administrative team that helps with scheduling and calls. All care guidance, advocacy, and consulting services are provided personally by Marie, ensuring consistency, trust, and individualized support for every family.

Our approach is rooted in listening first, then leading with clarity and compassion. We take the time to understand each family’s situation, concerns, and goals before offering RN-led guidance, advocacy, or care coordination tailored to their unique needs.
Whether providing direction or stepping in to actively oversee and coordinate care, we work across home, senior living, and skilled care settings to simplify complex systems, communicate clearly with providers, and ensure follow-through. Our role is to be a steady, trusted presence—so families feel supported, informed, and confident every step of the way.
